In order to study and implement Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, party building, and the spirit of important instructions for inspecting Henan's important speech. In the high-quality development of the group, we should better play the leading role of the party committee, the fighting fortress role of the party branch, the vanguard and the exemplary role of the party, the party organizations at all levels of the field and the group and the broad masses of party members are encouraged to strive for excellence and forge ahead, and the party committees of the field and the group have studied and decided to commend a group of outstanding party members, outstanding party workers and advanced grass-roots party organizations on the eve of July 1, 2023. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. selection scope and object

Group official party members, full-time and part-time party workers and the grass-roots party organizations.

2. recommended quota

The party committee of the farm and the group plans to commend 56 outstanding party members (see annex 1 for the specific allocation of quotas), 10 outstanding party workers and 5 advanced grass-roots party organizations.

Basic conditions for 3. recommended objects

The recommended objects should take the lead in thoroughly studying and implementing Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, firmly defend the "two establishments", strengthen the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four confidences", and achieve the "two safeguards", and always strengthen their ideals and beliefs. Be absolutely loyal to the party, stick to the original mission, practice the fundamental purpose, model the party constitution, and unswervingly implement the party's line, principles and policies. Different types of recommended objects should also have the following corresponding conditions at the same time.

Outstanding Communist Party members: model to fulfill the obligations of party members, strictly abide by party discipline, consciously abide by national laws and regulations, and take the lead in practicing the core values of socialism; love their jobs, perform their duties, serve the masses, contribute to society, and contribute to production, work, study and Take the lead in playing a pioneering and exemplary role in social life, and have the courage to shoulder responsibilities and risks and make outstanding achievements in promoting the development of various undertakings of farms and groups, high moral character, by the party members and workers widely praised.

Excellent party workers: earnestly implement the deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the Municipal Party Committee, the Agricultural Investment Group Party Committee, the Field and the Group Party Committee on the comprehensive and strict governance of the party, consciously learn and apply the theory of party building, and have a high level of party work; love the party Work, exemplary performance of party building work responsibilities, actively explore methods and ways of party work in state-owned enterprises under the new situation, and make outstanding achievements; adhere to the party's mass line, he is good at doing mass work and ideological and political work among workers, has a strong party spirit, a correct style of work, adheres to principles, is fair and upright, is self-disciplined, is honest and self-disciplined, and has high prestige among party members and workers.

Advanced grass-roots party organizations: earnestly fulfill the responsibility of party building, resolutely obey the work arrangements of higher party organizations, effectively give full play to their political and organizational functions, unite and lead party members and workers to accomplish various tasks excellently, and make outstanding achievements in the reform, development and stability of farms and groups; conscientiously implement democratic centralism, good work style, unity and cooperation, diligent and honest government, and give full play to the role of fighting fortress. Win the trust and support of party members and workers and workers.

4. recommend methods and requirements

The selection and commendation work is carried out under the leadership of the party committee and is specifically organized and implemented by the party-mass work department. All grass-roots party organizations in the field should strictly compare the basic conditions of selection, adopt a bottom-up approach, and recommend and report the best step by step.

(I) strict standards. All grass-roots party organizations should attach great importance to it, organize it carefully, adhere to standards, and conscientiously check the gate. It is necessary to listen to the opinions of party members, cadres, workers, and discipline inspection and supervision departments in many ways, improve the transparency of work, and ensure that every recommended object can stand the test.

(II) inspection publicity. The commendation object to be recommended shall be publicized in the unit, and the publicity time shall not be less than 5 working days. After the publicity, those who have no objection shall write a publicity certificate and affix the seal of the grass-roots party organization.

(III) outstanding party workers and advanced grassroots party organizations are recommended by the competent department, the Party and Mass Work Department, and the Discipline Supervision and Audit Department and reported to the party committee for research.

5. Submitted Materials

The examination and approval form for (I) outstanding party members, the examination and approval form for outstanding party affairs workers, and the examination and approval form for advanced grass-roots party organizations (in triplicate) shall be submitted to the party and mass work department together with the electronic version. The approval form shall be printed on both sides, signed according to regulations, and stamped with the seal of the party organization of the unit.

One copy of the public announcement certificate (paper version) of the (II) outstanding communist party member unit.
